Reserve Our Space

We love people and community and want to be a go-to location in Saint Johns for celebrating life, building relationships, and dreaming of the future.

Our space can be rented immediately following our regular hours for a four-hour block of time. One of our baristas will be available to make drinks up until 30 minutes before the end of your time slot. (Don’t worry, we’ll give you a last call…)

FAQs

  • Our space is available for extended periods of time at the rate of $50 for each additional hour rented.

  • Decorations are allowed but must stay within arm's reach. Please do not place anything on the ceiling or high on the walls. Please no glitter or confetti. Please do not use tape on walls unless it is masking tape that will not peel any paint.

  • There are two ways to pay for your drinks. We can either charge each customer individually or open a group tab that can be paid at the end of your time slot. 20% gratuity is encouraged.

  • Our barista will let you in the front door at the beginning of your three-hour time slot.

  • Our space is available on Sundays on a case-by-case basis, depending on staff availability. Please inquire about your date to learn if it is available.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks!

  • Rearranging furniture is allowed, as long as no furnishings are removed from the space or damaged in any way, and all furniture items must be returned to their original location by the end of the three-hour window. Our barista will be available to help.

  • We understand cancellations happen. Dates can be rescheduled but are dependent on staff availability. Cancellations will be refunded in full, minus a $50 non-refundable fee.

A barista will be here at all times to let you in and to lock up. Availability begins at the start of the three-hour window.

Bring your own wares. Waypoint does not provide anything besides the space and drinks/baked goods that are purchased.

All renters are responsible for cleaning anything they brought by the end of the four-hour window.

No access to the kitchen.

Background Music can be played through our sound system via Spotify upon request.
